Our Application Process

An application is required to process your request. The application will be completed by a Mike Yancy's Place, Inc. team member. Call 832-526-6350 or email info@mikeyancysplace.com to request assistance and your brief application can be completed real-time. 

The Board of Directors will accept only one application per patient each year (unless waived by a unanimous vote by the Board of Directors). This stipulation will remain in place from 2015-2017. After the Non-Profit has put fundraisers in place to earn money, this stipulation will be revisited. 

• Each application will be reviewed on an individual basis. 
• The amount of assistance granted will depend on the amount of funds available and the financial status of the applicant. 
• Submitting an application does not guarantee you will receive funds or services. 
• The information you provide on your application is kept in the strictest confidence.
